1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by FC168 ("FC168," "we," "us," or "our") and applies to all personal data collected through the FC168 website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). This Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of your personal data.

FC168 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players, particularly those based in the Philippines. This Policy is drafted in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

By registering on or using the FC168 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, please discontinue use of the FC168 Platform immediately.

This Policy is effective as of January 1, 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. It should be read alongside FC168's Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2. Personal Data We Collect

FC168 collects the following categories of personal data from players and Platform visitors:

FC168 does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond what is required for identity verification and regulatory compliance. Where sensitive personal information is collected (e.g., government ID numbers), it is handled with the heightened protections required under RA 10173.

3. How We Collect Your Data

FC168 collects personal data through the following means:

• Direct Collection: Information you provide when registering an FC168 account, completing KYC verification, making deposits or withdrawals, contacting customer support, or participating in promotions.
• Automated Collection: Technical and usage data collected automatically when you access the FC168 Platform, including through cookies, web beacons, server logs, and similar tracking technologies. See Section 7 for details on our cookie practices.
• Third-Party Sources: Identity verification data from government databases or third-party KYC service providers used to verify the accuracy of information you have provided. Payment data from GCash, Maya, and banking partners to confirm transaction status. Fraud prevention data from third-party fraud detection services.
• Publicly Available Sources: In limited circumstances, FC168 may supplement your data with information from publicly available Philippine government records for the purpose of identity verification or fraud prevention.

4. How We Use Your Data

FC168 uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account Management: To create, maintain, and administer your FC168 player account, including processing your registration, verifying your identity, and managing your account settings.
• Service Delivery: To provide you with access to FC168 games, process your deposits and withdrawals, credit bonuses, and deliver the full range of FC168 Platform features.
• KYC & Age Verification: To verify that you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years and to comply with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer requirements. FC168 is legally obligated to conduct these checks.
• Regulatory Compliance: To fulfill FC168's obligations under PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and other applicable Philippine laws. This includes reporting obligations to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Fraud Prevention & Security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, account takeovers, and other security threats to the FC168 Platform and its players.
• Responsible Gaming: To monitor player behavior for signs of problem gambling and to administer responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion in accordance with FC168's Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, resolve disputes, and provide technical assistance.
• Marketing Communications: To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates — but only where you have given your explicit consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
• Platform Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, conduct research, and improve the features, performance, and user experience of the FC168 Platform.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, FC168 processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you — i.e., to operate your FC168 account, process transactions, and deliver gaming services.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with FC168's obligations under PAGCOR regulations, AMLA, RA 10173, and other applicable Philippine laws.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for FC168's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, where these interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent — primarily for marketing communications and optional personalization features. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

6. Sharing Your Personal Data

FC168 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

• Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government agencies, where disclosure is required by law or regulatory mandate.
• Payment Service Providers: GCash, Maya, and Philippine banking partners (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial regulations.
• KYC & Identity Verification Providers: Third-party service providers engaged by FC168 to perform identity verification and age verification checks. These providers process your data solely on FC168's instructions and are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.
• Technology & Infrastructure Providers: Cloud hosting, data storage, and platform infrastructure providers who process data on FC168's behalf under strict data processing agreements.
• Fraud Prevention Services: Third-party fraud detection and cybersecurity providers who assist FC168 in identifying and preventing fraudulent activity on the Platform.
• Game Software Providers: Licensed game developers whose software powers FC168 games may receive limited technical data (e.g., session tokens) necessary to deliver game functionality. They do not receive your full personal profile.
• Professional Advisers: Lawyers, auditors, and accountants engaged by FC168, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

FC168 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. FC168 uses the following types of cookies:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in to your FC168 account. These cookies cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality.
• Performance & Analytics Cookies: Used to collect anonymized data about how players use the FC168 Platform — which pages are visited most, how long sessions last, and where errors occur. This data helps FC168 improve the Platform experience.
• Functional Cookies: Used to remember your preferences, such as language settings and responsible gaming tool configurations, so you do not need to re-enter them on each visit.
• Security Cookies: Used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, including bot traffic and account takeover attempts.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair your ability to use the FC168 Platform. FC168 does not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.

8. Data Retention

FC168 retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention periods apply:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active FC168 account, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and AMLA obligations.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR regulations.
• KYC Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction, whichever is later.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, or longer if the matter is subject to ongoing dispute or legal proceedings.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for three (3) years following withdrawal of consent, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.
• Technical & Usage Data: Retained for up to two (2) years from collection, unless required for longer periods for security or fraud investigation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, FC168 will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with NPC guidelines.

9. Data Security

FC168 implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption: All data in transit is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Sensitive data at rest, including financial data and government ID information, is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
• Access Controls: Access to personal data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. FC168 employees and contractors who handle personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations and receive regular data privacy training.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): FC168 offers 2FA for player accounts to provide an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
• Intrusion Detection: FC168 employs real-time intrusion detection and prevention systems to monitor for and respond to security threats.
• Regular Security Audits: FC168 conducts regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Data Breach Response: In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to your rights and freedoms, FC168 will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.

While FC168 takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your FC168 login credentials and for notifying FC168 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

10. Your Data Privacy Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by FC168:

• Right to Be Informed: The right to be informed of how your personal data is being collected and processed — which is the purpose of this Privacy Policy.
• Right of Access: The right to request a copy of the personal data FC168 holds about you, along with information about how it is being processed.
• Right to Rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You may update most account information directly through your FC168 account settings.
• Right to Erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to FC168's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR regulations and AMLA.
• Right to Object: The right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You may opt out of FC168 marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
• Right to Data Portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, where technically feasible.

11. Children's Privacy — 21+ Platform

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on FC168 or provided personal data to FC168 without your consent, please contact FC168 support immediately at [email protected] so that we can take prompt action.

12. International Data Transfers

FC168 primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. In limited circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game software developers operating in other jurisdictions.

Where such transfers occur, FC168 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including:

• Contractual clauses requiring the recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required under RA 10173.
• Transfers only to countries or organizations that the NPC has determined provide an adequate level of data protection.
• Your explicit consent, where required by applicable law.

FC168 does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate data protection safeguards without implementing appropriate contractual or technical protections.

13. Updates to This Privacy Policy

FC168 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidance. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will:

• Post the updated Policy on the FC168 Platform with a revised effective date.
• Notify registered players via email or in-platform notification where the changes materially affect how we process your personal data.

Your continued use of the FC168 Platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how FC168 protects your data.

The current version of this Policy is effective as of January 1, 2026.
