1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and FC168 ("FC168," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the FC168 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the FC168 website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

FC168 is an online gaming platform operating under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2026, and supersede all prior versions. FC168 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Your continued use of FC168 following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with FC168's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the FC168 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of FC168:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. FC168 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of FC168 is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or exclusion imposed by FC168 or any regulatory authority.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of FC168 or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

FC168 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by FC168 may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on FC168, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to FC168 account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) FC168 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your FC168 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. FC168 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4. KYC Verification: FC168 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or voter's ID) and proof of address. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted from withdrawals.
5. Account Suspension: FC168 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where FC168 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on FC168 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: FC168 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted where supported.
• Prohibited Funding Sources: Deposits funded by credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency are strictly prohibited on FC168 in compliance with Philippine payment regulations. Any deposit identified as originating from a prohibited source will be reversed and the associated account reviewed.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the FC168 deposit page and may vary by payment method. FC168 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the FC168 withdrawal page, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. FC168 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals.
• Withdrawal to Source: FC168 applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.
• Transaction Records: FC168 maintains records of all financial transactions. Players may access their transaction history through the FC168 account portal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

FC168 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered FC168 players only. FC168 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• FC168 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights accrued by players prior to such withdrawal or modification.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• FC168 does not offer bonuses to players who have opted into self-exclusion or cooling-off periods.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

FC168 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following terms apply to all games available on the FC168 Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game on FC168 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the FC168 help section. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
• Random Number Generation: All FC168 slot games and virtual table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, unbiased, and not influenced by any external factor, including previous game results or the size of wagers placed.
• Live Dealer Games: FC168 live casino games are conducted by trained live dealers using physical cards, wheels, and equipment. Live game outcomes are determined by real-world physical events and are not subject to RNG manipulation.
• Return to Player (RTP): RTP rates for FC168 slot games are independently verified and disclosed within each game's information panel. Actual player returns may vary from stated RTP rates over any given session due to the inherent variance of random outcomes.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, FC168 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund wagers placed during the affected period. • Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, FC168's server logs shall constitute the definitive record of game events. FC168's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the FC168 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one FC168 account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using the FC168 Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the FC168 Platform, its software, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the FC168 Platform, including for the purpose of placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or circumventing security measures.
• Colluding with other players or FC168 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers a bug or error is obligated to report it to FC168 support immediately and must not exploit it for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward FC168 staff or other players.
• Accessing the FC168 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the FC168 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of FC168 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the FC168 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any FC168 content without prior written authorization from FC168.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on FC168 content or software.
• Use any FC168 trademarks, service marks, or trade names without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the FC168 Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of FC168 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, FC168, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the FC168 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from game malfunctions, technical errors, or Platform unavailability.
• Loss of data, account information, or transaction records due to technical failures beyond FC168's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your FC168 account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond FC168's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Any decision made by FC168 in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension, bonus forfeiture, or withdrawal delays pending verification.

FC168's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your FC168 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit FC168's liability for death or personal injury caused by FC168's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy & Data

FC168 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on FC168, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

FC168 is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and the provision of FC168 services.
• FC168 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• FC168 may share your data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to FC168's legal retention obligations. Requests may be submitted to FC168 support.

11. Responsible Gaming

FC168 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

FC168 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their FC168 account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: FC168 allows players to set session time reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their FC168 account for a period of their choosing, during which they will be unable to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from FC168 may request self-exclusion through FC168 customer support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum period specified at the time of the request.

12. Termination

FC168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Inactivity of your account for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.

Upon termination of your account, FC168 will process any verified withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any legal holds or regulatory requirements. FC168 is not obligated to return funds where termination results from a breach of these Terms involving fraud or prohibited conduct.

You may close your FC168 account at any time by contacting FC168 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending transactions and verification requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and FC168 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent FC168 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
